Looks for opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Works in cooperation with site management and department heads to ensure the needs of the organization are maintained. Establishes and completes resultant CAPAs.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Writes and maintains appropriate standard operating procedures.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Ensures that operating budgets are correctly established and adhered to.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Ensures that appropriate equipment preventative maintenance activities (CMMS) relating to SDF, packaging and Sterile areas are performed in an effective and timely manner.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Works with site EH&amp;S to ensure that regulatory permits for facility equipment are adhered to.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Ensures to follow and assign work based on the Work Order (WO) system (SAP S\/4HANA).<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Responsible for documentation, upkeeping and maintenance of Pest Control system.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Assumes ownership of systems including but not limited to building, roof maintenance, clean utilities, black utilities, etc.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Works with upper management in compiling facilities and equipment Capex requirements.<\/li><li class=\"li2\">Conducts activities using sound business practices to optimize expenditures and profitability.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Establishes and coordinate\u2019s goal setting, performance reviews and incentive\/salary administrative processes for direct reports and possibly those reporting to direct reports.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Responsible for employee development and relations including hiring, recognition, discipline, and termination processes.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">As required, identifies, tests, and implements new technology in support of building operations.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Establishes process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety and cost. Takes corrective action to bring about required change.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Resolves problems and\/or conflicts and maintains open communication paths.<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Responsible for
