Adam is responsible for the leadership, development, and execution of the Strategy for the Drug Products business unit.  Adam has been involved in the CDMO space in multiple dosage forms and brings a strategic and financial perspective to clients’ needs.  Prior to joining Cambrex, now Halo Pharmaceutical, Adam provided strategic and operational focus to enterprise value enhancement.  Specifically, through supporting the organizations in pursuit of the financial and operational outcomes, by providing clear mandates to all stakeholders.   Adam has had the benefit of operating within several industries providing additional perspective to problem solving.

Dominique worked for several years in a leading pharmaceutical plant (Wyeth / Pfizer/ GSK) as Director of Finance, Director of Supply Chain Management and Director of Production. Through the many varied positions he has held, he has acquired excellent business skills, in-depth experience of manufacturing processes in an environment focused on quality, health & safety, and continuous improvement, combined with strong communication skills to develop, train, and motivate teams. He now applies his knowledge and experience to the development and growth of Halo Pharma’s Mirabel pharmaceutical plant.
